Vente AI raises £100k to automate recruitment business development

Recruitment agencies use Vente AI to automate top-of-funnel business development through a platform that delivers daily hiring data and direct hiring-manager contact details. Based in London, the company has secured an estimated £100k in its latest funding round, reaching an estimated post-money valuation of £6.4m.

The software identifies hiring-stress scores, matches specific CVs to roles, and provides click-less CRM integration to help recruiters increase placements. Founded in 2024, the business processes 40 million job leads globally each month from over 200 sources. Users can upload candidate profiles to identify skill-matched opportunities or monitor existing clients for new hiring activity.

This latest capital injection brings the total funding raised in 2026 to £180k, following £249.8k secured during 2025. While financial accounts for the year ended 30 April 2025 recorded three employees, more recent data from LinkedIn indicates the workforce has grown to 21 staff members. The funding documentation was filed in July following an allotment of shares in June.
