Sos Technologies secures £1m investment at £2m valuation

An estimated £1m has been raised by Sos Technologies Ltd, a company providing information technology consultancy activities alongside the activities of insurance agents and brokers. The Newport-based business in South Wales reached an estimated post-money valuation of £2m following the completion of this funding round, which involved the issuance of new equity.

Incorporated in 2011, the firm addresses requirements for technical infrastructure and insurance procurement for its client base. Financial data from the most recent accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 shows that the UK company, registered under number 07805025, operates with a team of two employees.

The investment was formalised through documentation submitted to Companies House in June. This filing follows the issuance of shares during an allotment that took place in May.
