Brighton technology firm Software Consulting Group secures £113k

Technology transformation specialist Software Consulting Group Limited has secured an estimated £113.6k in new funding. The Brighton-based firm, which trades as NETbuilder and Labb, provides digital solutions, software, and managed services to the financial, government, and commercial sectors.

The company was incorporated in 2019 and focuses on delivering technology transformation projects for large-scale organisations. According to its latest accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, Software Consulting Group generated £17.5m in revenue and recorded a profit of £199.7k. At the time of the filing, the business employed 256 people.

This latest investment follows several capital injections over the previous two years. In January 2025, the firm raised £25.1k. During 2024, the company completed three separate rounds: £2.5m in June, £82.3k also in June, and £2.3m in February. The February 2024 round was completed at a valuation of £37.7m.

Documentation for this latest round was filed in May 2026, with the allotment of shares also occurring during that month.

The company operates through its NETbuilder and Labb brands to provide expertise in digital transformation. Its consulting services are tailored for complex environments within government departments and financial institutions. The firm provides a range of managed services alongside its software and digital solution offerings to support ongoing technology requirements for its client base.
