Salica Leaders Fund I LP joins Rightbrain Ai Ltd as HP Leaders Fund exits

Salica Leaders Fund I LP has joined the cap table of Rightbrain Ai Ltd, acquiring 6,681 Seed Preferred shares. Based in Gosforth and founded in 2023, Rightbrain Ai Ltd provides a platform for integrating Large Language Models into technology stacks to build AI-powered agents and automate workflows. The company targets product leaders and senior operators who require tools to deploy production-ready AI features and custom solutions for business workflows.

The entry of Salica Leaders Fund I LP coincides with the exit of HP Leaders Fund L.P., which previously held 5,001 Seed Preferred shares. HP Leaders Fund L.P. is also a shareholder in Peppy Health Limited. Two other investors joined the company during this period. PXN Group took a position of 3,636 Seed Preferred shares, while Bouleybay Ventures L.P. acquired 1,344 Seed Preferred shares.

SR Investment Holdings, LLC increased its stake by 72 percent, moving from 3,750 to 6,438 Seed Preferred shares. Outwood Ventures Limited remains on the cap table with 1,250 shares. The introduction of multiple new institutional investors and the increase in existing holdings may signal a recent funding round.
