A post-money valuation of £6.9m has been reached by R15s Technologies Ltd following a £671.3k funding round. The business is headquartered in Canterbury.

The company was incorporated in December 2025 to provide various information technology service activities. Its core offering includes data archiving and backup services, alongside software disaster recovery. The firm also manages the setup of personal computers and related peripheral equipment. Additionally, the entity provides general computer-related activities and software installation.

Joao Pedro Silva Leal and Chiraayu Sethi were both appointed to the board as directors. While the formal documentation for this transaction was filed with Companies House in September 2026, the specific allotment of shares occurred in January.
