Qargo Tech Ltd secures £50.5k in latest funding round

The London-based company develops cloud-based software solutions for carriers, freight brokers, and third-party logistics providers. Its platform handles various industry tasks including route planning, load tracking, and invoicing.
Founded in 2018, the firm provides technology to the transportation industry to streamline operations. This latest capital injection follows a sequence of larger investment rounds. Qargo Tech raised £25m in a Series B round in November 2025 and £9m in a Series A round in May 2024. Previous funding also includes a £2m round in November 2023 and a £1m investment in December 2020.
The company's latest financial accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 show a headcount of 12 employees. Documentation for the current £50.5k allotment was filed in May 2026. Qargo Tech operates from its headquarters in London and has been active in the logistics technology sector for eight years. The company provides its software as a service to help logistics firms manage their daily workflows through automation and cloud connectivity.
