EMV Capital PLC increases stake in Q-bot Limited by over 600 percent

Cheltenham based Q-bot Limited has undergone a substantial change to its shareholder structure according to its latest confirmation statement for the period ending 13 June 2026. EMV Capital PLC increased its holding by 618 percent, growing its position from 7,330 to 52,603 ordinary shares. EMV Capital PLC is also a shareholder in Sofant Technologies Ltd, Sagetech Medical Equipment Limited, and Cetromed Limited.

The update also shows two new entrants to the cap table. Afterdeck Holdings Unlimited joined with 1,028 ordinary shares, and We Are Spectacular Limited acquired 381 ordinary shares. These changes, involving both a major stake increase and new investors, may signal a recent round of investment.

Existing shareholders remaining on the cap table include MNL Nominees Limited with 8,916 shares, TT Nominees Limited with 2,542 shares, and A.O. Consulting Ltd with 1,383 shares. Wealth Club Nominees Limited holds 1,211 shares, while Alert Venture Fund maintains a holding of 993 shares.

Founded in 2012, Q-bot Limited develops robotic and AI systems that apply underfloor insulation to existing buildings. The company targets homeowners and social landlords with a solution designed to improve energy efficiency by treating hard to reach voids beneath suspended floors. Other current shareholders include Netscientific UK Limited with 787 shares and Cook Capital Advisors with 333 shares.
