London business support startup Boardwise Technologies valued at £1m

An estimated post-money valuation of £1m has been reached by Boardwise Technologies Limited. The London-based company, registered under company number 16630534, secured £28.5k in its latest funding round.

The firm was incorporated in August 2025 to provide a variety of specialized B2B services. Its operations include technical assistance such as real-time closed captioning for various media. It also handles the administrative complexities of loyalty programme management for its clients. Furthermore, Boardwise Technologies provides research capabilities for public record searching to support business due diligence and information gathering.

The investment was processed via a share allotment (June). Official documentation for the capital increase was subsequently submitted to the registry (July).
