Published
An estimated £3.7m has been raised by London-based Planlab.ai Limited in a new seed funding round. The company develops an artificial intelligence platform designed to assist with the delivery of infrastructure projects. This latest capital injection follows a series of smaller seed allotments completed in 2024.
The company's AI-powered platform assists businesses, including those in construction, with planning and scheduling. It offers features such as target optimization, resource scheduling, scenario modeling, and analytics. These tools are intended to improve project efficiency and reduce the frequency of project overruns by providing businesses with data-driven metrics.
Planlab.ai was incorporated in 2024. According to its latest accounts for the year ended 31 January 2026, the company employed four people. The £3.7m raised (May 2026) is the largest single allotment to date for the business. In June 2024, the company raised £156.2k. This followed two separate allotments in May 2024 for £811.5k and £238.5k respectively. All four funding events to date have been classified as seed rounds. The valuation for this latest round was not disclosed.
