Brighton startup Phaze Shift secures new funding for travel app
Published
Athletes, coaches and high-performance travellers seeking to mitigate the effects of jet lag use the Phaze app, a digital coach developed by Brighton-based Phaze Shift Ltd. The company recently secured an estimated £40k in new funding, resulting in an estimated post-money valuation of £2.3m. By applying circadian science, the platform provides personalised guidance on light exposure, sleep, and scheduling to help users maintain peak performance during international travel.
The startup was incorporated in 2023 and reported having two employees in its latest accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026. This latest injection brings the total capital raised during the current calendar year to £325k.
This follows a slightly larger total in 2025, when the business secured £352k. Documentation for the most recent share allotment, which took place in September 2026, was filed with Companies House that same month.
