Perpetual Automata Technologies secures £1.5m for AI agent transparency

Published

Perpetual Automata Technologies Limited, a London based machine learning research firm, has raised an estimated £1.5m in new funding. The company develops software that sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and operating systems, providing tools to monitor and explain the actions of AI agents.

The startup was incorporated in March 2026 to solve transparency issues related to autonomous AI behavior. Its technology enables operating systems to detect and trace AI agents, translating system interactions and intent into plain language summaries for users. This provides a record of how AI agents interact with underlying system architectures.

The funding round follows the appointment of three directors in March 2026: Colton Gregory, Mr. Botta, and Jake Christian Henderson. Documentation for the capital increase was filed in May 2026, following an allotment of shares in April 2026.

As a recently established business, Perpetual Automata Technologies Limited has not disclosed specific revenue figures, total assets, or profit and loss data. The company is currently focused on the development of its machine learning research and software products from its headquarters in London. This £1.5m round is the first capital injection for the firm since its founding earlier this year.
