The company operates at an estimated post-money valuation of £2.1m, providing tools for the sourcing of new partners, onboarding processes, deal registration, ongoing engagement, and payment management.

Incorporated in 2024, the business provides information technology consultancy activities and focuses on helping technology companies scale and manage channel partnerships as a predictable revenue source. This latest capital injection is smaller than the total of £335k raised during 2025.

Documentation for this round was allotted in June and filed in September, marking the only investment for the firm in 2026. Financial records were last updated for the year ended 31 January 2025.
