Oxane Partners raises £12m for private credit technology platform

Founded by former Deutsche Bank credit traders, Oxane Partners has secured £12m in a new funding round. The Watford-based company provides a technology-enabled platform designed to simplify portfolio oversight, compliance, and risk reporting for the private credit market. Its solution leverages AI to assist various financial entities with data workflows across asset-based lending and real-estate finance.

For the financial year ended 31 December 2025, the business reported a profit of £13.3m on revenue of £42.4m. While official filings recorded 645 employees at that time, more recent figures suggest the workforce has grown to over 900 staff across offices in London, New York, Gurgaon, and Hyderabad.

The platform currently manages over £1.1 trillion in notional value for over 100 clients, including global investment banks, asset managers, insurance firms, and private debt funds. The company was incorporated in 2013 to address the complexities of managing diverse investment strategies including structured finance and direct lending. Two new directors, Yousuf Saifuddin Attarwala and Nishanthapriya Rajendranath, were appointed to the board in September 2026, the same month the funding was documented.
