Incorporated in September 2025, the business aims to become a unified strategic partner by acquiring and uniting high-quality local entities. These core IT services are intended for delivery on a national scale through a consolidated group structure. This model allows the firm to serve businesses across the country while maintaining the quality of regional provision.

The investment was finalized following an allotment of shares in July 2026.
