Knebworth startup Ovrsite Ltd secures £100.1k for AI drone surveys

AI-powered drone surveys and building envelope inspections are the core focus of Ovrsite Ltd, a Knebworth-based company incorporated in September 2025. The business provides automated assessments designed to be faster and more accurate than traditional manual inspection methods.

The startup recently raised £100.1k in new capital, resulting in an estimated post-money valuation of £285.7k. This latest injection brings the total funding raised by the company during 2026 to £200.1k.

Corporate entity Imc Media Ltd was notified as a person with significant control following the round (allotted in September). The firm now maintains an ownership stake and voting rights of between 25 and 50 percent in the business.

Ovrsite Ltd markets its building intelligence services to a range of UK clients, including commercial property managers, facility management companies, and local authorities. Its technology is also used by housing associations and asset owners to monitor property portfolios.
