Instep Ai Limited raises £875.5k for property-focused voice AI assistant

Estate agents, surveyors, and new homes developers can use an AI voice assistant named Ella to manage their inbound and outbound communications. Developed by Instep Ai Limited, the tool specializes in capturing and qualifying leads through natural conversations.

The Dorking-based company focuses on high-call-volume industries within the property sector, where it develops domain-specific software. This technology targets the problem of lead management by automating the initial interaction stages with potential clients.

Incorporated in February 2025, the startup recently secured an estimated £875.5k in fresh capital. The funding follows a share allotment conducted in May, with formal documentation filed in June.
