Plant-based ice cream manufacturer Over The Moo Uk Ltd has secured an estimated £20k in new funding. This latest investment brings the London-based company to an estimated post-money valuation of £1.6m.
The round follows a period of consistent fundraising for the business. In July 2025, the company raised £22.5k, and in March 2025, it completed a £155k pre-seed round, both at a valuation of £1.5m. An earlier funding round in April 2023 raised £62k at a £1.1m valuation.
Incorporated in 2021, Over The Moo Uk Ltd specialises in dairy-free ice cream bites made from a coconut milk base and coated in dark chocolate. The products are vegan, gluten-free, and designed as low-calorie snacking options for health-conscious consumers and those with dietary restrictions such as lactose intolerance. The brand uses eco-friendly packaging for its range, which includes vanilla, caramel, and chocolate flavours.
The company launched its mini bites format in the UK in 2022. This move followed five years of operations in Australia, where the brand established itself as a leading dairy-free ice cream provider. The UK launch serves as the first step in a planned expansion of product lines across the UK and the European Community.
Over The Moo Uk Ltd currently has seven employees according to LinkedIn data. The company targets both the retail sector and foodservice partners. Formal documentation for this funding round was filed in May (following an allotment of shares in February).
