Plant-based snacking brand Over The Moo Uk Ltd has raised £22.5k to support its distribution of dairy-free ice cream bites. This funding round results in an estimated post-money valuation of £1.5m for the London-based business.

Over The Moo Uk Ltd manufactures and distributes coconut milk-based ice cream bites coated in chocolate. The company targets vegans, health-conscious consumers, and individuals with lactose intolerance seeking low-calorie snacking options. Its product range currently includes vanilla, caramel, and chocolate flavours, all of which are gluten-free and packaged in eco-friendly materials.

Founded in 2021, the company launched its mini bites in the UK in 2022. The brand originated in Australia, where it established a market presence over five years before expanding into Europe. The UK entity serves as the base for its European operations, with the mini bites representing the first of several planned product launches for the UK and European markets.

The business currently employs seven people according to its LinkedIn profile. Financial records for the year ended 31 March 2025 have been filed. The recent capital injection follows a share allotment that occurred in 2025 (July 2025), with formal documentation for the round filed in May 2026.

The company focuses on both retail and foodservice partnerships to distribute its products. This funding supports the brand as it continues to supply its plant-based snacking format to retailers and partners seeking dairy-free alternatives for evolving consumer tastes.
