London-based strategic investment vehicle Orbital Ventures Limited has secured £1.4m to expand its development of global space infrastructure. The company acts as a venture operator building spaceports, ground station networks, and satellite data handling platforms. These projects are designed to accelerate global access to space by establishing aerospace ecosystems in emerging nations.

The business was incorporated in 2024 and operates within the defense and space manufacturing industry. This latest capital injection contributes to a total of £6m raised throughout 2026 (allotment filed in September). This follows a previous annual funding total of £3.8m recorded in 2025. Financial records show the company most recently filed accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025.

The firm appointed Kerstin Lutz as a director in September 2026. LinkedIn data suggests that Lutz may be associated with PT Asset Management GmbH, though this link remains unverified. Publicly available profiles currently list the company as having zero employees.
