TalentFind, a recruitment platform designed to connect healthcare professionals with hospital recruiters, is the core product of London-based Ohr Recruitment Ltd. The company recently secured an estimated £1.1m in new funding.

Incorporated in 2012, Ohr Recruitment Ltd focuses on the international healthcare market, specifically matching candidates with opportunities in the UK and the Middle East. The TalentFind platform is built to streamline the hiring process by managing both the search and the administrative hurdles associated with cross-border recruitment. This includes assisting healthcare professionals with the necessary visa and licensing requirements to practice in their target regions.

The funding round follows an allotment of shares (March), with the corresponding filings completed (April). This capital provides additional resources for the London-based firm as it continues to operate its specialized recruitment technology.

Abbi Nicole Grieve Dyson joined the company as a director in March. While the company is registered under telecommunications activities, its primary operations center on the healthcare recruitment sector. The platform aims to solve the friction in hospital staffing by providing a centralized digital environment for recruiters to find verified talent. By focusing on the UK and Middle Eastern markets, the company addresses specific regional shortages in the medical workforce.

The estimated £1.1m round adds to the company's financial history since its founding over a decade ago. Ohr Recruitment Ltd operates from its headquarters in London, managing the digital infrastructure that supports the TalentFind ecosystem.
