Newcastle-based NunaBio secures £850k seed funding for DNA synthesis technology

This latest capital injection follows a series of funding activities, including a £250k round in May 2026 and a £1m round in December 2025.

The March 2026 allotment of £850k adds to a significant period of fundraising for the company. In 2025, NunaBio completed several rounds, including £2.6m in August, £290k in September, and £1m in December. Earlier rounds in 2023 included £1.6m in March and approximately £150k in May.
