Nucompute Ai Limited secures seed investment at £60k valuation

Information technology consultancy Nucompute Ai Limited has secured £40k in a new funding round. This investment places the London-based company at a post-money valuation of £60k.

The business focuses on delivering strategic reviews for information systems and planning services. Its broader service offering includes computer audit consultancy and software consultancy to help clients navigate technical infrastructure requirements. Hardware consultancy is also provided as part of its core operations.

The company was incorporated in March 2026 to address needs within the technology market. Stefan Allesch-Taylor was appointed as a director in April 2026. The documentation for this capital increase was filed in June, following a share allotment that occurred in May.
