UBS AG doubles stake in Neptune Networks as Credit Suisse exits

UBS AG, London Branch has doubled its stake in Neptune Networks Limited, a London-based data connectivity network founded in 2015. According to the latest confirmation statement (period ending 18 February 2024), the bank increased its holding from 287 shares to 574 shares. This increase consists of 428 Ordinary B shares and 146 Ordinary A shares.
The change follows the exit of Credit Suisse Finance (Guernsey) Ltd, which previously held 287 shares across the same share classes. Neptune Networks operates a data connectivity network that delivers real-time pre-trade bond and SN CDS data, including axes and inventories, via FIX processes. The service connects sell-side banks and fixed income dealers with buy-side asset managers globally.
The cap table continues to feature a broad group of global financial institutions. Morgan Stanley & Co International PLC remains a shareholder with 389 shares, alongside BNP Paribas S.A. with 373 shares. Other participants maintaining their positions include The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Barclays Unquoted Investments Ltd, DB UK Holdings Limited, and Citicorp North America Inc., all holding 287 shares. Smaller holdings of 115 shares each are retained by Banco Santander S.A., RBC Europe Limited, Commerzbank AG, HSBC Bank PLC, and Anthemis UniCredit Strategic Ventures LLP.
