Godalming-based Morpheus Fluid secures £140.5k for CFD technology

Published

Meshless computational fluid dynamics technology developed by Morpheus Fluid Ltd has attracted £140.5k in new funding. The investment values the Godalming-based company at an estimated post-money valuation of £2.2m.

Morpheus Fluid provides software that digitally models the flow of fluids such as air and water. This technology is designed to assist businesses in the aerospace, automotive, medical, and environmental planning sectors. By using meshless CFD, companies can simulate fluid interactions and optimize product designs without the constraints of traditional grid-based modeling methods.

The company was incorporated in 2023 and focuses on the development of business and domestic software. This latest funding follows the company's financial year ended 31 May 2025. Documentation for the share allotment was filed in May 2026.

The software serves as a digital testing environment for engineers to evaluate how air or water moves through or around physical objects. In the medical and healthcare sectors, the technology is used to model fluid behavior for specialized devices. Environmental planners utilize the platform to study fluid dynamics in urban development and natural resource management. The aerospace and automotive industries apply the technology to refine aerodynamics and cooling systems during the design phase.

This funding round provides additional capital as the company continues to develop its meshless modeling capabilities from its base in Surrey.
