Multi-currency business accounts and cross-border payment solutions provider Money-4 Limited has raised £1.7m in a Seed funding round. The London-based company, which operates under the MultiPass brand, reached an estimated post-money valuation of £4.4m following the investment.

Founded in 2015, Money-4 Limited develops business software and provides data processing and financial intermediation services. Its primary product, MultiPass, is designed for international corporate clients requiring multi-currency banking capabilities. The company currently reports a headcount of five employees.

The latest capital injection (allotted in March) follows several previous funding rounds. In March 2025, the firm raised £1m at a valuation of £2.2m. The current £4.4m valuation represents an increase from that 2025 figure but is lower than the valuations achieved in 2023. In September 2023, the company completed two funding events of £2.4m and £2.1m, which valued the business at £31.6m and £29.5m respectively. An earlier round in September 2020 saw the company raise £690.3k at a valuation of £2.8m.

Money-4 Limited focuses on the international corporate sector, offering tools for managing global payments and currency exchange. The company is headquartered in London and has been active in the financial technology space for over a decade.
