Pembroke VCT PLC joins Monetizationos Limited cap table as Wing Capital exits

Published

Pembroke VCT PLC has joined the cap table of Monetizationos Limited, acquiring 1,428,571 Series Seed shares. The Amersham-based company, incorporated in 2024, develops business and domestic software. Its platform, MonetizationOS, provides infrastructure for businesses to protect and monetize digital content and intellectual property by governing access for both human and machine traffic.

The entry of Pembroke VCT PLC, which also holds stakes in Serve First CX Ltd and Cydar Limited, occurred during the period ending 27 May 2026. This change coincided with the exit of Wing Capital Partners Limited, which previously held 7,500 Ordinary shares.

The addition of a venture capital trust to the register and the creation of Series Seed shares follows the company's initial growth phase. Monetizationos Limited continues to operate from its headquarters in the South East as it develops its content protection technology. The latest filing, submitted to Companies House on 3 June 2026, confirms these adjustments to the company ownership structure. The update confirms the current distribution of equity as the business continues to develop software for the digital economy.
