Founded in March 2019, Mobilise Care addresses a critical gap in the UK social care system by supporting the country's unpaid carers. The company provides a digital platform and online community that offers practical tools, peer to peer knowledge sharing, and targeted support.

Rather than operating solely as a consumer application, Mobilise Care partners directly with local authorities and NHS bodies.
