Point 406 Ventures and University Bridge Fund update holdings in Mindgard

Mindgard Ltd is a London-based cybersecurity firm founded in 2022 that provides software and consultancy for AI-enabled businesses. The company specializes in security auditing, automated attack detection, and AI red teaming for enterprise AI creators and the defense sector.

A recent confirmation statement for the period ending 19 May 2026 shows a series of shareholder changes involving the transfer of stakes between related entities. Point 406 Ventures V, L.P. now holds 556,738 Seed Ordinary shares, replacing Point 406 Ventures V on the cap table. Similarly, University Bridge Fund II, L.P. entered the register with 278,369 Seed Ordinary shares as University Bridge Fund II exited.

IQ Capital Partners Nominee Limited joined the cap table with 198,269 Pre-Seed 1 Ordinary shares, while IQ Capital Partners Nominee Fund IV departed.
