Automating the business brokerage process is the core focus of Leicester-based Mida Creek, which has recently secured an estimated £50k in new funding. The company operates an AI-native platform designed to assist owners in selling their businesses by combining technology with founder expertise. This approach aims to deliver faster transactions at a lower cost than traditional brokerage firms.

The latest funding round values the company at an estimated £955.2k. This figure is lower than several previous valuations recorded by the firm. In February 2025, Mida Creek raised £34k at a valuation of £1.4m, and in November 2024, it secured £45k at that same £1.4m level. The company reached a peak valuation of £3m in December 2023 following a £320.3k funding round.

Founded in 2021, Mida Creek has raised capital consistently since its inception. Early rounds included £112k in November 2021 at a £919.5k valuation, followed by two separate raises in August 2022 totaling £156.5k at a £1.6m valuation. A further £152.9k was raised in June 2024 at a valuation of £1.3m.

Financial records for the year ended 31 May 2025 show the company has five employees. Mida Creek positions itself as a software-driven alternative to manual brokerage, using its technology to optimize outcomes for sellers. The recent allotment of shares took place in March (with formal documentation filed in May).
