OTTO, an automated digital administration assistant designed to handle patient communication and high-volume clerical tasks, is the core product of Med Automation Ltd. Trading as OTUA, the company provides AI-driven voice services to the NHS and private healthcare organizations from its base in Sutton.

The startup has raised an estimated £877k seed round at an estimated post-money valuation of £3.9m. This funding total is comprised of £572k raised the previous year and £305k secured during 2026.

Incorporated in 2023, the business operates in the business and domestic software development sector to streamline clinic operations and manage healthcare appointments. Financial records for the year ended 31 May 2025 show the company employed five people. Formal documentation for the share allotment was filed in March of the same year as the latest funding, following an initial allotment date in October 2025.
