New funding for Eagle Aggregator Ltd

Published

A capital injection of £69.9k has been secured by London-based Eagle Aggregator Ltd. The business functions as a holding company, an entity that focuses on owning and managing controlling stakes in subsidiary companies rather than engaging in direct commercial trading. Its operations involve serving as a central entity for its corporate group.

The firm, which was incorporated in September 2025, operates within the sector for holding companies not elsewhere classified. Its board of directors recently expanded with the appointment of Norman James Bone and Michael Mark Redman.

This funding follows a share allotment that took place in July 2026. The formal documentation for the transaction and the director appointments were filed in August 2026.
