Latitude III and Lemonade 18 join Marshmallow Technology cap table

According to a confirmation statement filed on 9 June 2026, Portage Capital Solution Fund I LP increased its stake by 59 percent, growing from 483,793 to 770,491 shares. This increase includes 286,698 new Junior Preferred shares. Several new investors joined the cap table during the period ending 28 May 2026.
