Mapify secures funding for AI-powered logistics system

A visual planning tool designed to replace manual spreadsheets for transport and warehousing SMEs has been developed by Mapify Limited. Based in Edinburgh, the firm was incorporated in April 2025 to provide a no-code solution for real-time location intelligence using artificial intelligence.

The company recently raised £133k at an estimated post-money valuation of £3.4m. It also conducts research and experimental development within natural sciences and engineering as a developer of business and domestic software.

The platform targets product and IT consulting firms alongside enterprises in Smart Cities and Industry 4.0 sectors. By turning existing records into a virtual logistics agent, the technology aims to save users up to £83k per year per function. Users can manage team capacity, plan daily jobs, and track stock movements or maintenance checks across devices. The interface includes a shared calendar for scheduling recurring deliveries and compliance activities.

A contextual search feature allows for natural language information retrieval. The application also detects conflicts between jobs, holidays, and vehicles to prevent downtime, which the startup claims can save over £10k in daily losses.

This latest investment follows £126k secured during 2025. While latest accounts for the year ended 30 April 2026 listed two employees, LinkedIn data indicates a current staff of seven. Documentation for the round was filed in July 2026.
