Lytwork.ai secures £100k for AI-driven temporary staffing platform

Automating the process of finding and booking temporary staff is the core focus of Lytwork.ai Limited, which has just secured £100k in new funding. The London-based startup operates an AI-driven platform designed to fill shifts quickly by communicating with workers through WhatsApp and automated AI calling. This initial injection of capital values the company at an estimated £1m.

Lytwork.ai was incorporated in December 2025 to address the logistical challenges businesses face when managing on-demand labor. The platform targets sectors requiring high-volume, short-notice staffing, where reliability and speed are critical. By integrating AI calling and messaging, the software automates the outreach process to ensure that temporary workers are contacted, vetted, and confirmed for specific time slots without manual intervention. This approach aims to solve the problem of unconfirmed shifts and last-minute cancellations that often disrupt operations in shift-based industries.

The £100k round was documented in filings made during May 2026. As a recently established entity, the company is in its early stages of growth and product development. Financial metrics such as annual revenue and profit or loss figures are not yet available due to the company short operating history. The current employee count and total asset values remain undisclosed in the latest public filings. This funding represents the first recorded investment for the startup since its incorporation late last year.
