Aukera UK Limited takes sole ownership of Loch Fergus Solar Ltd

Published

Loch Fergus Solar Ltd, an Edinburgh-based developer of solar farms and integrated battery storage, has undergone a full change in its share ownership. Aukera UK Limited has joined the cap table as the sole shareholder after acquiring 1 Ordinary share from Locogen Aukera JV Limited.

Locogen Aukera JV Limited, which held the single share at the start of the reporting period (7 June 2025), has exited the company. This transfer leaves Aukera UK Limited with the entire issued share capital. Founded in 2022, Loch Fergus Solar Ltd operates with the goal of providing renewable energy to the Scottish electricity grid and local consumers.

The new entrant, Aukera UK Limited, is also a shareholder in Folly Farm Energy Park Limited, Bishop Stortford Energy Park Limited, and Bishop Aukland Energy Park Limited. The filing (covering the period up to 7 June 2026) confirms the transfer of the asset from the previous joint venture vehicle to the UK-based entity.
