A Series A funding round totaling £13m has been raised by Levels Technologies Ltd. The London-based company specializes in information technology services, focusing on data archiving, backup solutions, and software disaster recovery.
The business (UK company number 16268091) was incorporated in February 2025. It solves technical infrastructure challenges through the installation of personal computers and peripheral equipment, as well as providing software installation and disaster recovery services. The company's latest financial accounts were prepared for the year ended 31 March 2026.
This £13m round was finalized recently (with an allotment of shares in April and formal documentation filed in May). The capital injection follows the company's first year of operations in the London IT services market.
Three new directors were appointed to the board in conjunction with the funding activity. Samuel Christopher Hields joined the company as a director; AI-derived data suggests he is possibly a partner at OpenOcean. Rahul Parekh was also appointed to the board and is possibly a partner at 2150 Venture Capital and Urban Partners. Mark William Opzoomer was the third director appointed during the same period (April).
Levels Technologies operates from its headquarters in London. Its core service offering includes computer-related activities and data archiving, providing businesses with technical support for software installation and backup management.
