Shaftesbury-based software developer Koho.ai Ltd has secured an estimated £633k in a recent funding round. This investment brings the company post-money valuation to approximately £2.4m.

Founded in 2019, Koho.ai provides a cloud-based context platform designed to integrate workspace, revenue, and financial systems. The technology focuses on delivering actionable insights for performance management, sales and marketing pipeline optimization, and general operational efficiency.

The company specifically targets businesses with flexible workspace operations. Its platform assists operations teams in managing key metrics such as occupancy, utilization, and capacity. By consolidating data from disparate systems, the software provides a unified view of business performance.

The latest financial filings indicate that Koho.ai operates with a team of two employees. Recent administrative changes include the appointment of Oliver Alexander Easton-Hughes as a director in April.

The funding documentation was filed in May, following an allotment of shares in March. This round follows the company establishment seven years ago and its ongoing development of software solutions for the business and domestic development sector.
