Koa Health valuation reaches £1.6m following new investment

Published

An estimated £823.7k has been raised by Koa Health Limited in a funding round that values the London-based business at £1.6m. The company develops a digital healthcare platform providing stepped care for mental health, ranging from preventative tools and symptom tracking to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with clinician supervision.

Targeting employers and health plans, the firm provides a unified solution for the workforce and members. This approach bridges the gap between self-guided digital care and clinical therapy.

Incorporated in 2023, the company reported a loss of £53.8m for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. While Companies House records show 68 employees at the end of that period, LinkedIn data indicates a current headcount of 44 staff members.

This latest injection of capital follows a total of £2.6m raised throughout 2025. Documentation filed in September (following an allotment in December 2025) identifies Dr Faisal Tai as a person with significant control. Dr Tai, who was appointed as a director in December 2025, holds between 75 percent and 100 percent of the shares and voting rights in the company.
