Semble Technology secures £20m for healthcare management platform

An estimated £20m has been secured by Semble Technology Limited for its cloud-based software which integrates scheduling, telehealth, billing, data analytics, and workflow automation. This Series C+ round follows a funding total of £53.5k recorded in 2025.

Founded in 2015, the London-based firm addresses fragmentation in care delivery by organising the patient journey for solo practitioners, clinics, hospitals, and occupational health organisations. The technology is currently used daily by 16,000 professionals across 1,700 businesses. These users span 80 specialities, primarily within the private medical sectors of the UK and France.

Electronic health record (EHR) functionality is built into the system, which is open and interoperable, connecting with over 1,200 external integrations covering diagnostics, CRM, labs, and e-prescriptions. This connectivity allows the tool to function as an orchestration layer for modern clinical delivery.

Recent filings indicate the round was allotted in June and documented in August. In May, Morgan Joseph Kessous joined the board as a director. LinkedIn data suggests Kessous may be a Partner at Revaia, a technology growth investor. While company accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 listed 63 employees, more recent figures from the same social platform indicate a headcount of 152 staff.
