London-based Klarvant raises £100k for digital governance platform

Klarvant provides a cloud-based digital governance platform designed to map an organization’s external digital footprint and DNS assets without the need for software installation or API keys. Known as Namespace Command, the service offers continuous visibility and multi-dimensional risk scoring for security and GRC teams at high-reputation enterprises. The London-based company recently secured £100k in new funding, reaching an estimated post-money valuation of £4.1m.

Founded in 2021, the startup focuses on Namespace Governance, treating an organization's entire digital presence as an estate to be known and owned. This includes monitoring domains, certificates, infrastructure, and suppliers to provide audit-ready evidence for compliance purposes. The platform is designed to close the gap between an organization's public internet presence and the internal records that describe it.

While LinkedIn data suggests a team of 7 people specializing in software development, official accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 recorded a single employee. The investment documentation for this latest capital injection was filed in September 2026.
