A Series A funding round of £3.6m has been secured by Jupiter Festival Miami Ltd to support its operations as a conference organiser. Based in Chesham, the company focuses on the media, entertainment, and sports sectors by hosting a global gathering for senior leaders, influential creatives, and pioneering brands. The event provides high-caliber insights and immersive experiences designed to shape the future of these specific industries through curated networking and collaboration.

This investment results in an estimated post-money valuation of £7.9m for the firm. The capital injection occurred after the business's incorporation in September 2025. Eric Bruce Markgraf was appointed as a director in July, the same month documentation for the transaction was filed following an allotment of shares that took place in June.
