Conduit EIS Impact Fund and Odin Investments lead Infyos cap table changes

Infyos Ltd is a London-based technology company founded in 2021. It provides an AI-powered platform for mapping renewable energy and battery supply chains to manage ESG and regulatory risks. The company's latest confirmation statement (period ending 24 June 2026) shows Conduit EIS Impact Fund has joined the cap table with 37,960 ordinary shares. Odin Investments Limited significantly increased its position, adding 17,417 ordinary shares to its existing 2,738 seed shares for a total holding of 20,155. Odin Investments is also a shareholder in Prolo Ltd, Amparo Prosthetics Ltd, and Qured Health Ltd.

Several other investors joined the cap table during this period. Meridian Star Investments Inc now holds 7,687 seed shares, while Emil I/O AB holds 3,796 seed shares. Ventures Together entered with 4,839 ordinary shares. This investor also backs Wholesum Tech Ltd, Shield Space Limited, and Surgery Hero Limited.

These changes follow the presence of existing major shareholders including Pale Blue Dot Investments AB, which remains the largest holder with 151,860 shares. Other established investors include MNL Nominees Limited with 47,726 shares, Nucleus Capital I. GmbH & Co KG with 44,292 shares, and Electric Revolution Ventures LLP with 25,310 shares. The arrival of multiple new institutional entities may signal a recent investment round.
