Biotechnology research and experimental development specialist Imphatec Ltd has secured an estimated £205k in a recent funding round. Based in Liss, the company focuses on the manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products alongside the production of pharmaceutical preparations. Its business model also encompasses the wholesale of pharmaceutical goods.

The firm was incorporated in 2018. This latest capital injection follows a share allotment that took place in April 2026, with the corresponding paperwork filed in June 2026. According to financial accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, the business maintains a workforce of two employees.
