London-based VR coaching platform Levra secures latest funding

Published

Co-founders Bartek Ogonowski and Emily Gill established London-based Levra Limited in 2022 to address a global deficit in communication and emotional intelligence through an immersive virtual reality coaching platform. The company provides simulations, bitesize learning, and psychometric tools designed to improve collaboration among corporate employees, specifically targeting legal professionals such as junior lawyers and apprentices.

The service aims to bridge what the firm describes as a human skills gap in a world shaped by artificial intelligence. Current organisations using these tools include Google, Milbank, and the University of Oxford, with internal data indicating a 22% increase in teamwork capability and return on investment for clients.

An estimated £65.7k was secured in the latest funding round, following a total of £99.7k raised during 2025. While LinkedIn profiles suggest a headcount of 18 people, most recent accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 recorded 3 employees. Documentation for this capital injection was filed in September 2026, following an August allotment.
