Maven Co-Invest Academy LP joins Iam Compliant Limited cap table

Maven Co-Invest Academy LP has joined the cap table of Iam Compliant Limited, a Chester-based developer of safety management and training software. The new shareholder now holds 114,335 Ordinary shares, according to the company's latest confirmation statement for the period ending 7 June 2024.

Founded in 2012, Iam Compliant provides a web-based tool designed to simplify health and safety, asset management, and statutory compliance for schools and the corporate sector. The entry of Maven Co-Invest Academy LP follows previous investment from several Maven-managed Venture Capital Trusts. Existing shareholders include Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC with 70,095 shares, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC with 42,825 shares, and both Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC and Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC with 21,412 shares each.

NPIF NW Equity LP remains the largest institutional stakeholder with 265,961 shares. Other entities on the cap table include Lunamar Holdings Limited, which holds 114,969 shares, Storm Consultancy (EU) Ltd with 9,642 shares, and Meinom Limited with 7,339 shares. The addition of this new entity increases the total number of Maven-managed vehicles involved in the company ownership structure.
