I Boxit Limited secures £343.5k for food packaging and antimicrobial solutions

The development of antimicrobial solutions designed to enhance food safety and extend shelf-life is a core focus for I Boxit Limited, which has just raised an estimated £343.5k. The Norwich-based company operates at an estimated post-money valuation of £2.9m following this investment.

The business manufactures a variety of food products, ranging from egg products and soups to food additives. Its production line also includes paper and paperboard containers, with a specific focus on insulated produce boxes and specialized packaging solutions for the fisheries industry.

Incorporated in 2016, the firm reported a headcount of four employees in its latest accounts for the year ended 31 August 2025. This funding round is the only capital raise recorded for the company during the 2026 calendar year, with the share allotment and filing both completed in September.
