Human Forest secures £20.5m to scale London e-bike sharing service

Human Forest Limited offers rental e-bikes through a mobile application, serving city commuters and residents in London with a dock-less electric bike-sharing service. The company has raised an estimated £20.5m in its latest investment round.

Incorporation took place in 2019 to provide an alternative for passenger land transport in suburban and urban environments. According to financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2024, the firm maintained a workforce of 49 employees and reported a £6.3m loss.

The 2026 total compares to £63.5k in capital recorded throughout 2025. Documentation for the share allotment was filed in April.
