The new capital follows a period of steady fundraising for the entity. In 2025, the company raised a total of £326.9k, while the aggregate funding for the 2026 calendar year is recorded at £442.7k. Financial records for the year ended 31 July 2025 show that the organisation operated with a team of six employees.

The shares for this round were allotted in April 2026, with the corresponding regulatory documentation filed during the same month.
