Connecting corporate event planners with venue spaces through an AI-powered marketplace has seen Headbox Solutions Limited reach a post-money valuation of £24.6m following a new capital injection. The London-based company raised an estimated £530.3k in this latest round.

Founded in 2015, Headbox Solutions provides software tools to streamline the venue booking process for both hosts and organizers. Its Lead Feed product allows host venues to manage and respond to enquiries, while the HeadBox Business platform enables organizations to centralize and track their total event spend. The company addresses the lack of transparency and efficiency in the traditional event planning industry by providing a digital interface for SMEs and enterprise teams.

Based in London on Chiswell Street, the company reported a headcount of 57 employees in its latest accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024.

This latest investment of £530.3k follows a period of frequent, smaller capital injections throughout 2025. In March 2025, the company completed several allotments including sums of £110k, £100k, £50k, £25k, £20k, and £12.9k. This was followed by three separate allotments in April 2025 totaling approximately £62.2k and a further £18.5k raise in June 2025. (The current round was allotted in April and filed in May).

The platform serves a variety of users, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporate teams requiring managed event services. The company focuses on providing business support services through its SaaS infrastructure to help venues and corporate clients manage logistics and financial tracking for professional gatherings.
