A £10k investment has been secured by Hamilton Thomas Ltd, resulting in an estimated post-money valuation of £100.1k. The Gateshead-based company provides information technology consultancy.

Specific services include computer audit, software, and hardware alongside information systems strategic review and planning. The firm also provides other financial service activities, though these exclude insurance, pension funding, factoring, and security dealing on its own account.

The business was incorporated and Ian Hamilton Lowes was appointed as a director in January. LinkedIn suggests Lowes may be a structured investment specialist focused on pioneering simpler, fairer autocalls for UK investors. The round was documented in a formal filing in September, following a share allotment that took place in February.
